***A deposit equal to the first night’s rate, fees, and taxes is due when a reservation is obtained. The deposit remains fully refundable up to 72 hours (3 days) before arrival. Rooms are available for the group at the contracted rates until Monday, 06/07/27. 

The Group Code is valid only for the conference dates, August 8–12, 2027, not for the shoulder dates. All guests must use the Group Code, not the Promo Code.
